This modality works with your nervous system to bring balance to the body. Gentle and subtle, this treatment is performed fully clothed with no use of gel, oil or lotion. Treatment times will vary depending on area(s) of concern.

Bowen Therapy

RAPID is a modality that treats aches and pains by focusing on the nervous system rather than muscle tissue. It’s a lotion-free technique, so you stay clothed, and the treatment is movement-based so you will be encouraged to have active motion throughout the treatment.

This is not my typical massage. Your nervous system needs you to FEEL with this modality. But the results are worth it.

Treatment length will vary depending on area(s) of complaint, up to 30 mins.

RAPID

Inclusive of Standard Protocol for low back and neck pain, Scar treatment and Auricular Therapy.

Treatment length is approx 15 mins.

Combining the fundamentals of Somatics, Massage Therapy and Mindfulness.
