This treatment blends massage therapy with somatic movement and clinically focused exercises designed to help reduce tension, improve body awareness, and create lasting change beyond the table.

Hands on treatment meets movement based healing.

Rest and Restore - massage meets movement

This modality works with your nervous system to bring balance to the body. Gentle and subtle, this treatment is performed fully clothed with no use of gel, oil or lotion. Treatment times will vary depending on area(s) of concern. Please allow up to 75 mins for initial appt and up to 60 mins for subsequent appts.

While results will vary, a Bowen treatment can take up to 4 weekly sessions. More complex, chronic conditions may take longer. While receiving Bowen treatment, no other manual therapy should be received (including massage).

Informed by Hanna Somatics and neuroscience, this gentle practice helps soften held tension and repattern habituated ways of moving and holding.

Done slowly and with awareness, somatic movement works with the body, not against it, to support lasting change and create a deeper connection to yourself.

Blend of swedish massage techniques with indian head massage (champissage) with focus on head, neck and shoulders.

Head, Neck and Shoulders Massage Therapy Treatment

Using ayurvedic oils designed to cool and calm, this massage will help you ground and relax through the fluctuating energies of the full moon.

A blend of restorative swedish with indian head and foot massage, including marma massage, this appointment is 90 mins in length and is offered once per month on the full moon.

Nov 23: Full Moon Restorative Massage

This is a therapeutic manual therapy treatment and may include use of modalities such as Somatics, Dolphin MPS, cupping, MFR, assisted stretching, RAPID NFR and other advanced massage techniques as clinically indicated.

This treatment is fully draped and/or performed over light clothing.
