This treatment blends massage therapy with somatic movement and clinically focused exercises designed to help reduce tension, improve body awareness, and create lasting change beyond the table.

Somatic Massage: rhythm

This modality works with your nervous system to bring balance to the body. Gentle and subtle, this treatment is performed fully clothed with no use of gel, oil or lotion. Treatment times will vary depending on area(s) of concern. Please allow up to 75 mins for initial appt and up to 60 mins for subsequent appts.

While results will vary, a Bowen treatment can take up to 4 weekly sessions. More complex, chronic conditions may take longer. While receiving Bowen treatment, no other manual therapy should be received (including massage).

INITIAL Bowen Manual Therapy

Bowen Manual Therapy

Informed by Hanna Somatics and neuroscience, this gentle practice helps soften held tension and repattern habituated ways of moving and holding.

Done slowly and with awareness, somatic movement works with the body, not against it, to support lasting change and create a deeper connection to yourself.

Because relaxation is therapeutic.

This is a relaxation focussed massage treatment that uses General Swedish Massage techniques. This is a fully draped treatment that includes the use of massage gel.

Relaxation Massage Therapy

Basalt hot stones are incorporated into a traditional massage for a deeply relaxing and grounding treatment.

60 mins Restorative Hot Stones Massage

60 mins Registered Massage Therapy Treatment, incorporating energy healing.

60 mins Energy Healing Massage w/Reiki

This is a therapeutic manual therapy treatment and may include use of modalities such as Somatics, Dolphin MPS, cupping, MFR, assisted stretching, RAPID NFR and other advanced massage techniques as clinically indicated.

This treatment is fully draped and/or performed over light clothing.
